Moon is a lot better if you're not worried about spending a lot. Moon is going to be expensive. With Rain and Ghostbar, you're going to spend money, but not like Moon. Moon and the Playboy club are newer and a little bit organized too.

Rain. In all honesty I'd say Ghost Bar is better than both.
