If You Are With An Adult Over 21 Years Old can you get int a strip club at 15?

My frien came into school the oher day ; and told me he just found out at 14 or 15 you can get into a strip club with some one over 21? I don't know if thats true. So i need some one to tell me. He Said He was goingbu he could of just been making THINGS UP. So I would appreciate it if someone could give me an answer:)

That sounds like something a 14 year old would make up so he could look like a big shot and impress his friends. BUT, there is a difference between strip clubs that serve alcohol (which is most of them) and strip clubs which don't serve alcohol; and then there are "topless only" strip clubs vs. fully nude strip clubs. Los Angeles even has "bikini" strip clubs.



I tend to think laws would vary by state and even county and city as to whether or not viewing naked people is considered "contributing to the delinquency of a minor".



If the strip club serves alcohol then it's more likely that admitting minors is illegal, regardless of what state or city you're in.

This 21 year old idiot, will get charged, with contributing to the delinquency of a minor..In addition, if alcohol is served....there could be other charges.....NO MINOR is allowed into an establishment that serves alcohol!!!!!!!!!!!!!
